What is your shipping policy?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, Monday-Friday. Once items are prepared for shipment, standard shipping in the continental US takes 1-5 business days in transit.
What is your return policy?
Gracie's House will gladly accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a FULL REFUND, return the unused item within 7 days from purchase date. For a STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE, return the item within 14 days from purchase date. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
